Security Bond
                    Theda Crewing Agency has fully paid a security bond in US Dollars with the Marine Department. This guarantees every applicant and every foreign employer of our being an official licensed manning agency.

Experience
                      With over 30 years of expertise and experience in the field, we have sent a record of over 10,000 pre-trained Seamen all over the world, with English proficiency and skills according to IMO requirements.

Government Agencies
                     Our Seamen, regardless of the rank, are all fully registered with the Seaman's Employment Control Division (SECD) of the Marine Administration Department (DMA), under the Ministry of Transport in Myanmar. This agency oversea the training of Myanmar Seamen and insures that the training conducted is of the highest caliber. This body is also responsible to follow-up on any misconduct when a seaman return to Myanmar.

Special Agreement
                     A pledge to keep...a special agreement was made to Myanmar Seafarers, regardless of rank, to do good conduct while oversea. This is a very important bond made between the Seaman and the country. In case of any breach of this agreement, the Seaman will be reprimanded when the returns home.

International Maritime Standards
                    Renowned international maritime standards for Thada Crewing Seafarers were also conducted by the Marine Administration Department (DMA) that also trains certifies Seafarers. Myanmar Seaman, Deck Officers, and Engineers hold certificates that are equivalent to British Maritime Ratings. These ratings were certified accounding to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) requirements.
